Earlier today, another bomb exploded on the railways of Dagestan. Russian media reports that so far no one was killed because it only derailed a freight train. Officials are speculating what the target may have been after considering the most recent bomb attacks have killed over 50 people.
The first attack was inside a Moscow train station killing around 40 people. The second attack happened a couple of days later in a Dagestan town, where 9 police officers were killed. All these attacks are being linked to Muslim militants from North Caucasus. Doku Umarov, a Chechen rebel leader in North Caucasus, has even claimed responsibility for the Moscow metro attacks.
