According to People.com, Sandra Bullock sent a letter saying that she would not be able to attend the London premiere of the movie “The Blind Side.” There is much speculation that the Oscar winner is having marital issues with husband Jesse James. These pictures were recently posted on UK Today News. I think anyone would know that this girl would grow up to be real hot, just by looking at her yearbook picture. Megan Fox’s younger picture is not that great though. It makes you wonder how she managed to decrease the size of that forehead. The Martin Scorsese film, Shutter Island, took in a whopping $40 million this weekend. This number tops both opening movie records for the director as well as lead actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Scorsese’s best was around $27 million, set by the film The Departed, which coincidentally starred DiCaprio as well. DiCaprio’s previous best was just over $30 million, set by the film Catch Me If You Can, which was directed by Steven Spielberg. (more…)

The Los Angeles County coroner’s office has released their findings on the case involving the death of actress Brittany Murphy. Best known for her roles in movies like “Clueless” and “8 Mile”, she was found unconscious in her home on December 20th, 2009. Although firefighters made every effort to save her, she was pronounced dead on arrival. A spokesman for the office said that drugs played a major part in her death. (more…)
The stories about the tragic earthquakes that ravaged Haiti, have been heard worldwide. Many people around the world have been kind enough to donate money and send supplies. Celebrities like Leonardo Dicaprio have donated $1 million to aid the relief. Stars Wyclef Jean and George Clooney, will be hosting a two hour telethon event starting at 8pm EST, in hopes it will raise more money. Other celebrities rumored to appear in the broadcast include Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Dave Matthews, and many others. The telethon will air on all the major U.S. broadcast networks as well as some cable channels.
