Snow In Spain Causes Massive Power Outage

Remember the back to back storms that rocked Washington D.C. and much of the east coast? Well, we’re not the only ones getting a lot of snow and weird weather this year. Yesterday, the north east region of Spain received so much snow, it knocked out power for almost 250,000 people. It caused chaos for travelers and tourists, shutting down over 40 roads, many of which are near the French and Spanish borders. (more…)

Huge Storm Ravages France

France Storm
A massive storm ripped through Europe yesterday killing over 50 people so far. Approximately 45 victims perished in France, then there were three to four more deaths throughout Spain, Germany, & Portugal. According to sources, France is reporting at least 60 people are still reported missing. (more…)

Paris Tourist Info

Original Arc de Triumphe I was very lucky to have the opportunity to visit France last year. Paris is exactly how they portray it in the movies. I was able to see many tourist attractions, sample their great food & wine, and also witness Bastille Day fireworks. Bastille Day is France’s national holiday, held every year on July 14th. Similar to our Independence day, there’s usually a spectacular fireworks show and parades scheduled. (more…)
