Belgium is a beautiful place to visit. Every time you think of the country, you can’t help to think of two things, chocolate and waffles. Brussels is also known as the supposed capitol of the EU (European Union), but in actuality they have no official capitol. I’ve visited the country twice already, but both visits were only a day. The country is fairly small and I usually stop in Brussels on my way down to Paris from Amsterdam. (more…)
