Morocco Plane Crash

Yesterday, a C-130 transport plane crashed in Morocco with 78 people confirmed dead. Only 2 people survived the crash, but they’re still in critical condition. Authorities are still searching through the body parts to confirm passenger identities and logistics. The plane was transporting troops either to or from Laayoune and Dakhla. Moroccan authorities say that the poor weather conditions were to blame for the crash, but are still investigating the cause. Considered Morocco’s worst military disaster in years, Information Minister Khalid Naciri said searches are on to find all the bodies. (more…)

Plane Crashes Into UPS Building

According to media outlets in Virginia, a small plane has crashed into a UPS building near the airport. The freight facility located in Roanoke, was crashed into about two hours ago. Luckily, no one on the ground at the time was hurt too badly. (more…)

Plane Crash Kills 3 In California

Early this morning, a plane taking off from the Palo Alto Airport crashed into a residential neighborhood. The small plane supposedly flew through thick fog and accidentally clipped electrical power lines coming off of a 90 foot tower. Luckily, no one on the ground was hurt, but all three people inside the plane died. The destruction did not end with the broken homes… (more…)

Dead Stowaway From New York to Tokyo

boeing777 There was a gruesome discovery when a Delta Airlines flight landed in Tokyo today. Authorities at Narita International airport reported a dead body was found inside the landing gear compartment. The Japanese are requesting our help to identify this individual. (more…)

Planes Collide in Colorado Killing 3

planecrashboulder Yesterday afternoon, three people were killed in a mid-air collision involving two small planes. Witnesses report a large orange fireball hurling through the sky. According to Jennifer Rodi of the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board), they spent all of Saturday night looking trying to identify the victims of the crash. (more…)

Pilot Forgets to Pay Toll on New Jersey Turnpike

cessna152 Early this morning, a small plane carrying a news reporter was forced to make an emergency landing on the New Jersey Turnpike near Haddonfield. Mike Lankford of Metro Networks was providing traffic information when the low oil pressure indicator came on. The pilot landed the Cessna 152 on the northbound lanes a couple of miles south of Exit 4. The rubbernecking incident backed up traffic for at least a mile and half in both directions. (more…)
