Today, Sprint Nextel Corp. (S) announced that they are in search for 125 new employees for their call center in Rancho Cordova, Washington. They are not only hiring here, a few days ago they announced 100 employees will be hired in their Orlando call center. This decision is in anticipation of increased customer expectations with the accelerated national roll out of Sprint’s 4G network coupled with an overwhelming response to the new HTC EVO. (more…)
According to a press release from Sprint today, they are looking for 100 employees to staff their Orlando Contact Center. In this horrible job market, it’s nice to see a company looking to hire so many people, while many others are looking to cut employees. Yesterday, Sprint showed off it’s new phone at the CTIA wireless conference in Las Vegas. Working with Taiwanese phone maker, HTC Corporation, they have created a 3G/4G handset running off the new Google Android 2.1 operating system. These new phones will hit shelves sometime this summer, with the new 4G speeds that will blow you away. (more…)
